EA Sports released Madden 17 not too long ago, and they may be in the midst of delivering updates to make the game much more realistic throughout the season. This will likely incorporate announcers Brandon Gaudin and Charles Davis producing typical appearances at their studios to provide updated audio.
And now, it will include the San Francisco 49ers controversial topic. EA Sports confirmed to Gamespot (via Polygon) that in an upcoming update for the game, there could be a reference to Colin Kaepernick’s controversial protest.
“Kaepernick’s selection will likely be briefly pointed out in-game, reflecting our commitment to authenticity in Madden NFL 17,” a senior publicist for EA Sports stated. “Overall, our new commentary will primarily center about on-field performance, at the same time as major news like trades, free of charge agency signings, and injuries.
So, if you picked up the newest Madden, maintain an eye out for the update, which I picture will come sooner instead of later. This is aside, I’m pleased that they decided to change announcers, and are adding updates throughout the season. One issue I normally had with Madden (although I haven’t played it significantly not too long ago) was the repetitive commentary. This could make for any slightly more exciting game.
